Stephen has extensive knowledge and training in biofeedback, and neurofeedback technologies – treating brain-based or brain-influenced disorders such as: ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, poor emotional regulation, substance abuse, and other addictions. With his expertise in neurofeedback, Stephen was accepted to present at 2 regional conferences for the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP).
Stephen also has been trained in and consistently utilizes DBT, EAGALA, and EMDR treatment modalities in his therapy approach. (Several of the premiere treatment modalities used in the top RTC’s across the world.) While Stephen has had significant experience and training, he strongly believes that his real strength lies in his ability to develop and foster positive relationships of trust with adolescents and their parents.
Stephen has lived in Southern Utah for over 44 years. He loves spending time with his wife and five children going camping, horseback riding, mountain biking, shooting archery, and watching his children’s sporting events.
